There’s so much fuss around Valentine’s Day about romantic love. While this type of love is beautiful, I challenge you all to think about the love you have for yourself. How do you refill the cup? So many of us, especially women, find ourselves multi-tasking since the pandemic began. Not only do we work, but we often keep the home clean and organized, the children fed. We create schedules, feed our family, and are wives and lovers. This has left many of us feeling strained and drained.

Each card contains a hand printed message of love to yourself. I practice these phrases on the daily. Or sometimes I will focus on just one card for the whole week. There is even a blank card included, which you can fill in with an affirmation that suits your needs. I find repeating these in front of the mirror really helpful as well.
